Before joining ING Canada in January 2006, Mr. Tullis held a number of senior positions within ING Group, and had been a director of ING Canada's insurance subsidiaries since 2000. Prior to joining ING in 1999, Mr. Tullis was Executive Vice-President and Chief Actuary with Primerica, a subsidiary of Citigroup, where he was responsible for financial reporting, actuarial functions and reinsurance. Mr. Tullis has served on industry groups, such as the IBC's Financial Affairs Committee, and various professional organizations, including a term as a Board member of the Society of Actuaries. Mr. Tullis has 30 years of experience within the insurance industry and holds a Bachelor of Mathematical Sciences degree from the University of North Carolina.
