securities regulations. We regularly file prospectuses, quarterly
and annual financial reports, proxy circulars, annual information
forms, and other documents with
SEDAR
(System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval).
ING Canada files insider reports with
SEDI, the System for Electronic
Disclosure by Insiders. To determine the identity and holdings
of all Company insiders on the SEDI website:
1. Click on "Access public filings"
2. Click on "View summary reports".
3. Select "Insider information by issuer" then click
on "Next".
4. Insert issuer name (ING Canada Inc.) or issuer
number (00021370) under "Mandatory criteria" and then click on
"Search".
