As head of the Affiliated Distribution Networks business unit of ING Canada, Roger Randall is responsible for the investments in Equisure, Canada Brokerlink and Grey Power brokerage networks.
Mr Randall started his career with ING in 1990. By 2001, he was promoted to President of Western Canada ING. In 2002, he then moved to Allianz Canada and took on the role of Chief Executive Officer.
In 2004, after the acquisition of Allianz by ING, Mr. Randall was appointed to his current role.
Mr Randall graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in 1977. He earned his Masters of Business Adminstration from the Ivey School of Business in 2000. Mr. Randall also holds a Fellowship certification (FCIP) from the Insurance Institute of Canada.
