Manon
Unit Leader, Printed materials supply and services

What initially drew Manon to ING was the chance to grow her career in a large company. And since joining the organization in November of 2004, she has been doing just that.

Prior to joining ING, Manon acquired experience in various fields, such as finance, government and communications. With a wide variety of skills it is no wonder that in three short years she is now managing 14 people in four different units – though she does not take all of the credit for her rapid advancement.

“Two of my directors have really helped me evolve in my role as a manager. The freedom they have given me to do my job demonstrates the confidence they have in me. This is my source of motivation.”

Manon is also a firm believer that continuous learning is the key to achieving growth in both your life and career. What started out as her seven-year, personal plan has now merged with her professional plan. In 2009 she will have completed a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with concentrations in administration, human resources, psychology, marketing and finance/economics.

“I believe in doing everything possible to expand your horizons. I am looking forward to continuously improving my managerial skills and learning as much as I can, here at ING.”
