After working several years in the banking and consultation businesses, Louis Gagnon began his insurance career in 1992. Between 2001 and 2006 he held several positions in various brokerage firms, including that of President of Inovesco.
In January 2007, Mr. Gagnon joined ING Insurance as Senior Vice-President, Quebec Division. He is responsible for the management and growth of ING Insurance's Quebec Division. Through the implementation of new business development strategies, he is able to improve business processes and strengthen broker relationships.
Mr. Gagnon was a member of the Board of Director of the Regroupement des cabinets de courtage d’assurance du Québec (RCCAQ); he held the position of President in this association from 2005 to 2006. During the same period he was also acting as Director of the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada.
Mr. Gagnon earned a BA in Economic Science from the University of Montreal and an MBA from the University of Ottawa.
