The program consists of a combination of formal classroom training, on the job coaching and training, special assignments, ING internal exams, ING soft skill training, external courses and exams, as well as self-study.Trainees will be assigned a mentor, a coach and a peer partner to coach, train and evaluate their progress throughout the program.

 

Upon completion of the program, Commercial Lines Trainees will be placed in an intermediate underwriting role within their respective region.

Our Claims Trainee Program combines classroom instruction with an opportunity to transfer skills on-the-job. Trainees for this program do not need any insurance industry specific experience, although customer service experience, strong interpersonal and oral communication skills are required.
